Carved gray volcanic stone metate in the form of a stylized jaguar having a curled tail type rear handle and a projecting head. Standing on four tapered legs carved with geometric circular pattern, border and tail, diamond element on the jaguar's neck. Double tail attached to base of table and back legs.
